Monthly Board Meeting will be February 4th, 2025 at 4pm at the office.

The board meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month unless otherwise notified. Meetings are held at 1591 W Cemetery Road at 4:00 pm.

The City of Cookeville has raised our rates as of July 8th, 2024. Due to this increase we have raised our rates a total of $1.03 per month on the minimum bill and $0.47 per thousand gallons. This will go into effect July 8th, 2024.

Auto Pay (ACH and CC Auto Pay) will be drafted from your account between the 5th – 8th of each month.

Ways to pay your bill: Online at cbdud.utilitydistrict.com; Bank Draft or Auto Pay; In person (counter, drive thru, or drop box); By mail.

Payment by 4pm on or before the due date in person, mail or by drop box will be charged the net amount due.

Payments received after 4pm on your due date or later will incur a late fee.

We do not consider the USPS postmark as payment date. Bills will be processed on the day we receive them.
