The Cookeville Boat Dock Rd. Utility District works with Servline to make sure all customers are covered if disaster strikes. $2.50 will automatically be added to each bill, unless the customer opts out of this service.
This service provides protection from a high bill caused by a leak on the customer side. They will cover up to $1000.00, one time a year, towards your bill due to a leak.
If the customer opts out of this option, they will be responsible for the full bill.
